Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging or a suitable alternative that protects the product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or earrings for hygiene reasons.
  • Gift cards or store credit.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request:

  • Visit our Returns Centre.
  • Complete the return request form with your order number and reason for return.

2. Receive Authorisation:

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and instructions for shipping your item back to us via email.

3. Ship the Item:

  • Use a traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
  • Include the RMA number and a copy of your original invoice in the package.

4. Confirmation and Processing:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

If your return is approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Original Payment Method - Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your
    account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of the same style in a different size or colour, subject to availability. To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify your preferred size or colour in the return request form.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery at orders@fkstyle.co.za. Provide photos of the damage or defect and your order number for a resolution.
